Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and StoreReady (“StoreReady”, “we”, “us”) about your use of storeready.app, the StoreReady command line tool and MCP server, and everything we provide through them (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm that you are allowed to.
The short version
- You keep all rights to your app and your code.
- Apps are published under your own Apple and Google accounts. Apple and Google decide whether to approve them.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing.
- Your first paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back promise. See the Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by StoreReady. You can reach us at help@storeready.app.
2. What the Service does
StoreReady is automated software. It takes a web app or Expo app you built, turns it into a native app, builds and signs it in a fresh, isolated build environment, and uploads it to Google Play and, except for Expo apps, to the App Store under your own developer accounts. It can also check your project for problems, write store listing text, and use an AI build assistant that changes your project’s code inside the build environment when a build fails. We improve the Service over time, so features may change.
StoreReady is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- You sign in with codes sent to your email. Keep your inbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including sign-ins you approve for the command line tool and AI tools.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us right away at help@storeready.app.
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
4. Your apps and your content
“Your content” means the code, files, app names, icons, screenshots, listing text, keys and anything else you give us.
- You keep all rights to your content.
- You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, change (for example to apply a fix from the build assistant), build, sign and submit your content, only as needed to provide the Service to you, and to keep the records described in our Privacy Policy. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that expire automatically as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed for your content, that publishing it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights, and that your app follows Apple’s and Google’s rules.
- Your app is yours, including its own privacy policy and how it treats its users’ data. StoreReady does not receive data about your app’s users.
5. Apple, Google and other services
- To publish, you need your own Google Play Console account and, for iOS, an Apple Developer Program membership. Their fees, agreements and rules are between you and them.
- You authorize us to use the keys and accounts you connect (Google Play service account, App Store Connect API key, GitHub) to build, sign, upload and manage your apps on your behalf, as you instruct in the Service. You can disconnect them in StoreReady and revoke them with Google, Apple or GitHub at any time.
- For Android, we create an upload key for your app and keep it encrypted. You can get a copy on request by email to help@storeready.app while the app exists. When you delete the app, its upload key is deleted too.
- Apple and Google decide whether and when to approve apps. We do not guarantee approval, review times or ranking, and we are not responsible for their decisions, including rejections, removals and actions on your developer accounts.
- Other services you use with StoreReady, such as Apple, Google, GitHub and Polar, have their own terms.
6. AI features
- Some features use AI from our provider Anthropic. The build assistant can change your project’s code inside the build environment so a build succeeds. The listing writer drafts store text from what you tell it.
- AI can be wrong. Review listing text before you publish it, and review the build assistant’s fixes before you keep them in your own project. Fixes are applied to your builds and offered to you as a patch you can use or ignore.
- You are responsible for what you submit to the stores.
- We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not either under its commercial terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse to build or submit an app that breaks it.
8. Plans, payment and renewal
- Paid plans are sold through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, charges sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issues your receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Polar’s terms for buyers.
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.
- Each plan includes a number of builds per calendar month (UTC). Unused builds do not carry over to the next month. A build you cancel before it is signed does not count, and neither does one that stops because of a fault on our side. Extra builds you buy separately are used only after your plan’s builds run out and do not expire while your account is open.
- If a payment fails, we may pause new apps and builds until it is paid. Your apps and data stay.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
- We work to keep the Service running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or without errors. Some features are new and may change.
- If we remove a feature that is an important part of a plan you pay for, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your billing period.
10. Ending your account
- You can stop at any time. Delete apps in their Settings, and write to help@storeready.app to delete your account. We then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other people. We will tell you why and, where it is reasonable, give you a chance to fix the problem first. If we close your account without such a reason, we refund any prepaid amount for the unused period.
- Apps you already published stay in the stores until you remove them there.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
12. Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, lost data, or the decisions of Apple, Google or other third parties.
- Our total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
- These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, for example to liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity for business customers
If you use the Service for a business, you will defend us against, and compensate us for, claims by third parties caused by your content or your apps, or by your breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to consumers.
14. Sanctions and export
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, or if you are on a sanctions list. Paid plans are only available where our payment partners operate.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For changes that matter, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your plan.
16. Disputes
- If something goes wrong, please write to us first at help@storeready.app. Most problems are solved that way, and we try to solve every one within 30 days.
- If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you protections that cannot be waived, you keep those protections, and you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
17. General
- These Terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over the Service. You may transfer it only with our written consent.
- If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- These Terms are written in English. If a translation ever differs from them, the English version applies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
- We send notices by email or in the Service. You can send notices to us at help@storeready.app.
