Refunds and Cancellation
Last updated October 15, 2026
This page explains how cancelling and refunds work. Paid plans are sold through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our reseller and merchant of record, which sends refunds back to the payment method you used.
The short version
- Cancel any time in Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Not happy with your first paid plan? Ask within 14 days and get your money back.
- Unused extra builds can be refunded within 14 days of buying them.
- A build that fails because of a problem on our side doesn’t cost you a build.
1. Cancelling a plan
- You can cancel at any time in Billing. You don’t need to write to us.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- After that your apps and data stay, but you can’t add apps or start builds until you pick a plan again.
2. 14-day money-back promise
- If you are not happy with StoreReady, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we refund it.
- If you already used builds on that plan, we keep a fair share for them: the part of the plan’s monthly builds you used, applied to one month’s price. For example, your plan includes 50 builds a month for $79 and you used 5. We keep $7.90 and refund the rest. On a yearly plan one month’s price is the yearly price divided by 12.
- The promise applies to your first paid plan. Your plan ends when the refund is made.
3. Renewals
Payments that renew a plan, from the second month or second year onward, are not refunded, except where the law requires it. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in Billing.
4. Extra builds
- You can get a refund for extra builds you haven’t used within 14 days of buying them. If you used some, we refund the unused ones in proportion.
- After 14 days extra builds are not refundable, but they stay on your account and don’t expire while it is open.
5. Builds that fail because of us
If a build fails because of a problem on our side rather than in your project or your store account, it shouldn’t cost you. When it stops before it is signed, for example because no build server was free in time, it is given back automatically and doesn’t count toward your monthly builds. If it stops after it was signed, write to us and we will give the build back. A build you cancel before it is signed doesn’t count either.
6. Consumers in the EU and the UK: right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day of the purchase. When you start a plan, you ask us to start providing the Service right away. If you withdraw, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the Service already provided, calculated as in section 2. To withdraw, send us a clear statement, an email to help@storeready.app is enough. You may use the form below, but you don’t have to. We refund within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the payment method you used.
