Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
StoreReady builds and publishes apps for you, under your own Apple and Google accounts. To keep the Service safe for everyone and our work with the stores in good standing, these rules apply to every app and every account.
1. Apps and content you may not build or publish with StoreReady
- Anything illegal where you or your users are, or anything that helps others break the law.
- Malware, spyware, stalkerware, or code that harms devices, data or networks.
- Phishing, scams, fake or misleading apps, or apps that pretend to be other people, brands or apps.
- Any content that sexually exploits children or shows minors in a sexual way.
- Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or violence or hatred against people for who they are.
- Gambling, lending, investment, cryptocurrency or other regulated services, unless you hold the licenses and approvals that the law and the stores require.
- Selling drugs, weapons or other dangerous or restricted goods.
- Apps that collect personal data without a clear privacy policy and the consent the law requires.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other people’s rights.
- Spam, such as many copies of the same app or apps with no real content made only to fill the stores.
- Anything that breaks Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines or Google Play’s Developer Program Policies.
2. Things you may not do with the Service
- Use keys, accounts or code that you are not allowed to use.
- Try to access other people’s accounts, apps or data, or test our security without our written permission.
- Overload, disrupt or attack the Service, or use our build servers for anything other than building your app, for example mining cryptocurrency.
- Get around plan limits, or open extra accounts to avoid them.
- Resell or share access to the Service without our written agreement.
- Use the Service from a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or for a person or company on a sanctions list.
3. What happens if these rules are broken
We may refuse, pause or cancel a build or submission, or suspend or close the account. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal content to the authorities.
4. Reporting
- To report an app or an account, write to help@storeready.app with the subject “Abuse”.
- If you find a security problem in StoreReady, write to help@storeready.app with the subject “Security”. Please don’t access or change data that isn’t yours while you look into it. We are grateful for responsible reports.
