What apps StoreReady can build

Updated October 14, 2026

StoreReady builds:

  • React web apps built with Vite. This covers most apps made in Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0 and Cursor.
  • Next.js apps, packaged as a static export. If yours needs a server, the build assistant tells you what to change.
  • Expo apps (React Native).
  • Plain HTML sites, a PWA among them. Nothing is built: your pages, styles and images go into the app as they are.

A React or Next.js app needs a package.json at the top of the folder with a build script. An Expo app needs its package.json too.

Not yet: Flutter projects and native Xcode or Android Studio projects. Write to help@storeready.app and we will tell you when they are supported.

Plain HTML sites

  • No package.json needed. One that is only there for tools is fine too, as long as it has no build script and no React, Vite, Next.js or Expo.
  • We look for index.html in the top folder, then in public/, www/, site/, docs/, dist/ and build/, in that order. The first one we find is your site.
  • Links like /about, /blog or /blog/ open the right page.
  • A page without a mobile viewport tag is set to the phone's width.
  • Service workers don't run inside the app. Your pages are inside the app already, so they open without a connection, except what they load from the internet.

What every web build adds

This goes for web apps and plain HTML sites alike:

  • An offline screen instead of a blank page when there is no connection
  • Your app icon and launch screen, in every size the stores need
  • The phone's own share menu for share buttons
  • Android's back button going to the previous page, like in any app
  • The native features you turn on, like a tab bar or a Face ID lock
  • The build assistant, which fixes build errors it safely can

Expo apps are native already, so they get the build assistant only.

Your project stays exactly as it is. All of this lives in the app layer we build around it.
